On November 10th, the sixth China International Import Expo ("CIIE"), spanning six days, concluded successfully at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. SDG Group, featuring its brands MEAN WELL, PowerNex, and SHARE WELL, made a collective appearance at the event. SDG Group, founded by Jerry Lin of MEAN WELL Group, forms an industrial alliance integrating MEAN WELL, PowerNex, SHARE WELL, and a charity foundation, aligning with nine sustainable development goals of the United Nations.

 MEAN WELL
Established in 1982, MEAN WELL Group has been deeply rooted in the standard power industry for over 40 years, serving as a solid foundation for SDG Group. In addition to standard power supplies like encased power sources and LED lighting, MEAN WELL introduced a new product line, the VFD series, an industrial DC brushless motor variable frequency control driver. In response to global net-zero carbon emission initiatives, the VFD series features a fanless design, noiseless operation, up to 93% efficiency, and can provide 200% peak current. It complies with international safety standards such as IEC/EN61800-5-1 and electromagnetic compatibility IEC/EN61800-3. Suitable for terminal systems and products using DC brushless BLDC motors in applications like fans, air conditioners, smoke exhaust systems, pumps, AGVs, power tools, automatic doors, mechanical devices, conveyors, medical equipment, fitness equipment, etc. For more information, you can visit the virtual expo (LINK) and product video introduction (LINK).

PowerNex
Established in 1997, PowerNex is SDG Group's platform for industrial and equity investments in various standard power products, components, trade, and service support. Adhering to the SDG Group's "Reliable Partners for Sustainable Development" concept, PowerNex, in collaboration with MEAN WELL, creates a one-stop power component procurement platform through a global supply chain, offering over ten thousand standard power products and a global logistics system. Through a dual-brand, low minimum purchase marketing and sales model, it collaborates with supplier partners to meet customers' complete power component procurement needs. You can refer to the PowerNex website (LINK) for more information.

SHARE WELL
Established in 2020, SHARE WELL focuses on green energy technology, power-related project development, and industry alliances in China. The CIIE showcased the PowerNex SCARA robot, which has flexible feeders, a vision system, and conveyor positioning modules. Simulating processes in 3C, new energy, automotive, and medical industries, the machine emphasized the ability to self-categorize and assemble in multiple mixed materials. This provides a practical solution to the challenges of adaptive assembly in the assembly process. Refer to the SHARE WELL website (LINK) for more information.

With over 40 years of experience in the standard power industry, MEAN WELL will continue developing in the Chinese market alongside SDG Group's PowerNex and SHARE WELL brands. SDG Group will continue to collaboratively construct the SDG industrial value network collaboratively, contributing to industry recovery. As a global leader in standard power supplies, MEAN WELL is well-prepared to rebound swiftly, guiding partners towards excellence and the future.
